Retrieve Credentials

If you've forgotten your username or password, you can easily retrieve or reset them using the following steps.

Forgot Username

To recover your username, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Forgot Username page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click the Submit button.
4. We will send your username to the email address you provided.

{info} Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox. The email will come from [email protected].

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Go to the Forgot Password page.
2. Enter your username or the email address associated with your account.
3. Click the Submit button.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

{info} Make sure the new password meets the required security standards: at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
