Account Selling

Selling on Mint Auction allows you to submit your sports memorabilia and cards for auction. Whether you are a first-time seller or a seasoned one, we provide a simple process to get your items listed and promoted.

Submitting Item Information

Before you create a listing, you’ll need to provide some basic information about the item you wish to sell. You can do this by visiting the Sell page on the Mint Auction website or by navigating to the Selling section within your account.

To get started:

  1. Visit the Sell page on our website at Mint Auction Sell Page.
  2. Alternatively, you can go to your Account section and select Selling.
  3. On the Selling page, you will find a form to submit information about your item.

You will be asked to provide details like the item’s condition, brand, type, and any other relevant attributes. Additionally, you can submit a POP (Professional Sports Authenticator) report and sales history if available, which can help boost the visibility and value of your item in the auction.

Creating a Listing

Once you have submitted your item details, you can create your listing. You will need to fill out the following:

  1. Item Description: Include any relevant details about the item such as its condition, age, rarity, and more.
  2. POP Report: If you have a POP report for the item, you can upload it here.
  3. Sales History: If the item has a history of sales or auctions, you can provide that information as well.

After completing the listing form, you can print out an Identification Sheet for the item. This sheet will need to be attached to the item when you ship it to Mint Auction.

Shipping Your Item

Once the listing form is completed, print the Identification Sheet and securely package your item for shipping. Ship the item to Mint Auction at the address provided on the Identification Sheet.

{info} Please ensure the Identification Sheet is securely attached to the item to avoid any confusion during the processing.

Additionally, make sure to include all original packaging and authentication letters (e.g., certificates of authenticity or any relevant documents) that came with the item. These documents and packaging are important for the item's verification and valuation during the auction process.

It’s also important to package your shipment well. We recommend using sturdy packaging materials to ensure the item is protected during transit. If the item arrives with any damage due to improper packaging, the package will be refused and returned to the seller.

{warning} Mint Auction will not accept any items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging, and it is the responsibility of the seller to ensure proper packaging to avoid such issues.

Processing and Marketing Your Listing

When we receive your item, our team will begin processing it for auction:

  1. Photography: Our team will take high-quality photos of your item to showcase it in the auction.
  2. Listing Update: We will update the item’s listing with the new photos and any other relevant details.
  3. Auction Date: We will set a launch date for your auction and ensure it’s properly listed on the Mint Auction platform.
  4. Marketing: Your listing will be marketed to potential bidders through various channels, including email alerts, social media, and featured spots on our website.

Finalizing the Auction

Once your item is live, you’ll be able to monitor its progress, receive updates on bids, and track the auction status. We aim to help you achieve the best price possible by attracting a wide audience of potential buyers.

Sold Item Balance

After your item has been successfully sold and the buyer has completed the payment, the proceeds will be deposited into your Sold Item Balance. This balance represents the total amount earned from your auctions and will be available for withdrawal.

From your Sold Item Balance, you can:

  1. Request a Withdrawal: Transfer the funds to your preferred payment method, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or another payment option available on Mint Auction.
  2. Monitor Your Earnings: View the total balance, including any fees or adjustments applied to the sale.
  3. Track Payments: Keep track of pending and completed transactions.

{info} Please ensure that your payment method is properly set up in your account to facilitate smooth withdrawals.
