Mint Auction keeps you informed throughout the bidding process with timely notifications. Here’s an overview of the notifications you can expect to receive while using our platform:

Notifications During Bidding

Bid Activity

• When you place a bid, you will receive both an email and a message in your account’s Message Center confirming your bid.
• If you are outbid, a notification will immediately inform you, so you can decide whether to place another bid.

Winning or Losing an Auction

• Once a listing ends, you will receive a notification informing you whether you’ve won or lost the auction.

Closing Time Reminder

• For listings you’ve previously bid on or are watching, an email reminder will be sent as the auction approaches its closing time.

Notifications for Winning an Auction

• Invoice Generation: If you win an auction, an invoice will be generated and appear in your cart as not finalized.
• Invoice Finalization: Mint Auction will verify shipping costs, taxes, and invoice totals before finalizing.
• Ready for Payment: Once your invoice is finalized, you will receive a notification in your account Message Center and an email, prompting you to complete payment.

Staying Informed

All notifications will appear in your account’s Message Center for easy reference. Emails will also be sent to the email address linked to your account.

Make sure to check your account settings to ensure your email address is up-to-date and that notifications are enabled.
