Relisting Items

If an item does not sell during its initial auction, customers have the option to relist it. Relisting allows the item to be offered again, giving it another opportunity to find a buyer.

Reasons for Relisting

An item may need to be relisted due to:

• The reserve price not being met during the auction.
• No bids placed during the auction period.
• Bids falling through, such as a buyer failing to pay within the required time frame.

When Can You Relist?

A listing can only be relisted after the original auction's end date has passed. Once the auction has officially closed, you can access the relisting option within your account.

How to Relist an Item

1. Navigate to the Selling section of your account dashboard.
2. Locate the item in the Unsold Listings section.
3. Click on the Relist Item button.
4. Update any relevant details, such as:
   • Reserve price
   • Starting price
   • Tags or description
5. Confirm the relist request and submit.

What Happens Next?

Once the relisting request is submitted:

• Mint Auction will review the details and confirm the relisting.
• A new auction date will be set for the item.
• The item will be marketed again to attract potential buyers.
