Address

A shipping address is required before placing any bids on Mint Auction. This ensures accurate invoicing, tax calculation, and proper delivery of items won in auctions.

Adding a Shipping Address

Customers can add or update their shipping address from the Account Settings page. To add an address:

1. Navigate to Account Settings.
2. Select the Shipping Settings section.
3. Enter your full shipping address, including:
   • Street address
   • City
   • State/Province
   • ZIP/Postal code
   • Country
4. Save your changes.

Default Shipping Address

You can designate one address as your default shipping address. This default will:

• Be used to calculate applicable tax rates.
• Automatically appear on invoices for items you win.

If you need to change your default shipping address:

1. Go to the Shipping Settings section in Account Settings.
2. Select the address you want as your default.
3. Confirm your selection.

Address and Invoices

Invoices for auction wins will automatically use your default shipping address. It is important to keep this information accurate and up to date to ensure smooth processing and delivery of your items.

{info} Changing your default shipping address after an invoice is generated will not update the address on that invoice. Ensure your address is correct before bidding.
